Please note: Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or there is an error on our part.
Because we are a small business, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your item if you feel a return or exchange is needed. This helps us address any issues as quickly and fairly as possible.
